Biography
Lydia Austin is the former senior manager of the Urban-Brookings Tax Policy Center, where she assisted the director of the Urban-Brookings Tax Policy Center in managing and supporting the center. Austin also researched the taxation of capital income, among other projects.
Before joining Urban, Austin analyzed and wrote about fiscal policy at the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget.
Austin holds a BA from the University of Michigan Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy.
