NTA Will Meet Next Week in Santa Fe

The National Tax Association will hold its 107th annual conference next Thursday-Saturday in Santa Fe. Highlights will include presentation of the 2014 Holland Award to MIT’s Jim Poterba, luncheon speeches by Nobel Laureate Joe Stiglitz and Assistant Treasury Secretary for Tax Policy Mark Mazur, and more than 60 research sessions.

Many panels will focus on taxation of multinational corporations and state and local fiscal issues. Other sessions will highlight research into taxes and charitable giving, and tax policy and income inequality.

More than 350 have already signed up but there is room for more. If you are interested, register here.

Posts and comments are solely the opinion of the author and not that of the Tax Policy Center, Urban Institute, or Brookings Institution.
